Joy R. Berkheimer, LMFT
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Qualified LMFT & LMHC Intern Supervisor, Life Coach, Speaker & Author
As someone who practices marriage and family therapy, I naturally focus on relationships. I believe that we are all a reflection of our relationships and that we tend to envision who we are based on the part we play in these partnerships and what our loved one believes about us. We make life plans with all this in mind. It is because of the impact our connections have on
us, that I understand the need to help those dealing with transitions around your relationships, whether they be romantic, career or with yourself.
These changes can be you realizing the position you imagined you were in is transforming, slipping away or even ending, and you now need help to figure out who you are and what you will do following this new shift in your journey.
I’ve earned a Masters’ degree from Barry University, with dual specialties in marriage, family and couples therapy and mental health counseling. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, registered with the Florida Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). I am also an Intuitive Joy Life Coach, trained with the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (CaPP Institute) as well as received individual intensive intuitive healing training. My time with individuals and couples is focused on a humanistic and strength-based foundation to allow for clients, connection, self-discovery and healing.

Christian Lamb
Licensed Clinical Social Worker at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs & Owner of Inspired Online Counseling, LLC
Christian is a licensed clinical social worker. He spent five years in Naval Special Forces and enjoys Jiu jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness and holistic practices in order to reach all areas of your life to ensure you are well equipped to truly see and understand who you are and what you need. Views specifically on loneliness: Loneliness is often a very subjective experience of feeling alone. This feeling creates many challenges for our mental health as well as our physical health.
It is tragic to see that loneliness is rapidly becoming a public health crisis. One reason I see for this is that we are not properly taught how to create healthy and meaningful
relationships. As a licensed therapist, with a passion for working with couples, I have found it my calling to lead couples to discover how to rebuild their relationship from the ground up. This in turn serves as a blueprint for each partner to be competent in forging lasting and meaningful relationships throughout their lives in all areas.
